Why do I have to fill out a vendor's payment form.
At Plenty RX, to make the process smoother for all our customers, we’ve created a universal payment/credit card authorization form that most vendors accept (see our Plenty RX payment form article).
However, not all vendors have the same credit policies, and in some cases, they may need their own payment/credit card authorization form to be filled out. They may therefore require customers to fill out internal backup payment forms when credit terms are requested or customers are buying from them.
