a.    To make the process smoother for all our customers at Plenty RX, we’ve created a universal payment authorization form, allowing our vendors to have our customers’ payment information on file without needing to fill out multiple payment forms for multiple vendors.

This form is intended to be passed on to our vendors' corresponding accounting departments. Plenty RX does not collect payments or do any type of billing or invoicing, as we are not the ones shipping or handling the medication.
