First time ordering from a vendor
It's important to note that each vendor has a separate compliance process for activating your account. Although the majority of our vendors can open and activate new accounts on the same day, it may take 24 to 48 hours for your first order to be released, as your account must first go through the compliance process. After your account has been activated by the vendor, your orders will go out the same day they were placed.
