Order Status
Once an order is submitted, there are four statuses that the order may be under. You can see the status under the "status" column in your order history (Reports---> Order History). Below are the statuses and their meanings.
Open: The order is being worked on by the vendor.
Full: The order was shipped in full.
Partial: The order was shipped but not in full (our system sends an email notification when an order is sent as partial, along with the reason from the vendor stating why it was not shipped in full).
Canceled: The order was canceled by the vendor (our system sends an email notification when an order is canceled stating the reason for this).
