Product Recalls – What to Do

If a manufacturer issues a recall, please contact your Plenty RX representative or our customer service team right away for assistance.

In most cases, you’ll be notified of a recall through an official recall letter or notice. When reaching out to us, please have this document readily available.

We will forward the recall notice to the supplier, who will verify the details—such as NDCs and Lot Numbers—against the recall information. Once confirmed, the supplier will reach out to you with specific next steps.

In most instances, the issue is resolved by the supplier issuing an internal credit to your account.
